Return Policy
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction and stand
by the high quality of our products and service. We would gladly refund or
replace any incorrect or defective items. All items must be in resalable
condition and not washed or cut. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as
returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to copyright issues books
and patterns are NOT returnable.
Shipping & Handling
We use UPS Ground for all orders to be shipped within the
United States, providing the cost of shipping is over $2.00 on your order. Your
orders are conveniently tracked and insured for your protection.

- For International shipping, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- We cannot process orders with a PO Box as the shipping address, but you
may use a PO Box in the billing address, if that's where you receive your
credit card statements.
- OVERSEAS: All orders to countries
that are on the Global Priority system are shipped
Global Priority Mail (GPM). A GPM
shipment that weighs less than four pounds and fits into the USPS large flat
rate envelope is $7.00 to Canada or Mexico. GPM shipments to other
countries are $10.00. Shipments heavier than four pounds or that do not
fit into the USPS large flat rate envelope will be billed as quoted by the
USPS plus a small handling fee.
- Non-Global Priority Countries:
Due to the wide variety of shipping prices to countries that do not use GPM,
shipping charges are billed as quoted by the USPS plus a small handling fee.
